The discussion will reflect on the leadership lessons to make communities of practice and other knowledge management strategies, instruments, tools, and processes work for better services to clients. The book illustrates how communities of practice and knowledge management is central to the mission and core advantages of global organizations like the World Bank.

- March 7, 2024, 3:30 pm-5:00 pm EST
