Steffen Soulejman Janus is a seasoned organizational change facilitator with over 20 years’ experience working with private, public-sector, and academic organizations and teams around the world to help them define and achieve their goals.
He has deep expertise in organizational learning, change management, knowledge management, communications, innovation, and leadership. Steffen currently works as a team leader for knowledge management and learning in the World Bank’s Social Sustainability and Inclusion Global Practice on knowledge initiatives with World Bank clients and teams.
Previously, he worked in different functions in the World Bank, leading teams on learning design
and e-learning, knowledge management, South-South Knowledge Exchange, and organizational knowledge sharing (OKS).
At the World Bank Institute, he co-developed the African Platform for Development Effectiveness (APDev) and the Global Partnership on Knowledge Sharing (GPKS).
His publications on organizational change, knowledge sharing, and learning are used as reference materials by numerous organizations in the public and private sectors, the latest being “Capturing Solutions for Learning and Scaling Up.” Steffen holds a bachelor of arts degree from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA, and an MBA from Columbia University, New York, NY.
