Kelly Widelska is Director & Founding Partner of Koppa – The LGBTI+ Economic Inclusion Lab. Kelly has spent 25 years in the financial services sector as a knowledge, innovation, and inclusion specialist.

She spent 10 years at the International Finance Corporation, where she was Global Head of Knowledge and Learning as well as leading the Economic Inclusion program for LGBTI+ people and persons with disabilities.

Before joining the Corporation, she worked with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she led the Global Knowledge & Innovation Team. She holds a master’s degree in information management from Sheffield University.
